Sebastian Professional is the official hair
sponsor of Mardou&Dean's Runway shows. The successful AW 2013 runway show
held in Jakob Church, Oslo, marks the beginning of the cooperation between the
two labels.
The overall beauty concept was to create a cool,
boyish look for the girls and a manly relaxed look for the guys.
The corresponding styles were created by Sebastian Professional in
collaboration with Ingrid Bredholt, head designer of
Mardou&Dean. Bredholt says she wanted to express an unpolished beauty.
The result was a modern, enviable, effortless look.
The models own hair texture was kept and a center
part was made on most of them. After spraying the entire hair with Sebastian
Professional Volupt Spray the hair was left to air dry to obtain a right-out-of-the-shower
look dried in the winter air. The natural loose hair texture was enhanced by
using Sebastian Professional Craft Clay. The hair ends were moistened and Sebastian
Professional Shine Crafter Wax was added to create wet, frozen looking ends.
